On 15 August 1939 at a secret meeting attended by seven men in a small room in Barr Street, Rangoon, the Communist Party of Burma was founded. They were:

"The Burmese think that they are keen in mind and the like and this is just like "hair growing strong not on the head but at other places." These are the words which are meant to be used to drive home such a point. The Burmese mentality is "good and strong" in the wrong places but useless when it is to be used in the right place. They do not know how to use it in striving to regain our independence. They don't know how to use it in rehabilitating Burma. They want to use it in fighting among themselves.
It will never benefit the country if they go on doing like this."

"When the communists are unable to attack us using workers they are now thinking of using the students to attack us. Among the members of the executive committee of the All Burma Students Union are those who are under the influence of the communists. The communists control the All Burma Students Union through these members. The ABSU through the influence of these members, decided to get the students in the whole country go on a strike and at that time we were rather busy in connection with the talks to be held in England."
"The plan of the communists was to turn out many "Bo Aung Gyaws" while the AFPFL (Hpa-Hsa-Pa-La) was on the government. Then, they will point an accusing finger at the AFPFL and set the people against the AFPFL. What an evil and ruthless plan!"
"Since the communists have not succeeded in attacking the AFPFL using the students, they are now attacking us using the peasants. The looting of rice-in the districts and townships was undertaken according to the decision of their Pyu Conference. I don't need to have to explain why they are looting rice. Are they looting rice because they are really starving or because they want to push the AFPFL into a tight corner? This has been made plain in the explanations given by the Minister for Home".
"Now that the people have heard what I said, I believe that they will come to realize how the communists have made use (or misuse) of the workers, students and peasants just to seize power for themselves. These communists are rather too clever. The whole country will have to regard them as mentor in the matter of trying to attain power not by legal means but by foul means and dirty tricks."
"Carry out political work using whatever means which is legal, just and fair. We will do our utmost to protect such persons according to law. But, if they try to cause the disintegration of the nation adhering to the evil notion of "Spoil the meat if one cannot eat it". I hereby warn them that we shall strike at them using all our strength."

ReplyDeleteဗမာျပည္ကြန္ျမဴနစ္ပါတီ (ဗကပ)ဟာ မတရားအသင္း သတ္မွတ္ ခံထားရတာပါ။ မၾကာေသးခင္ကဘဲ ဗမာျပည္ကြန္ျမဴနစ္ပါတီ ရဲ ့ယူွဂ်ီ တစ္ဦးျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဘိုးေတာ္ခင္၀င္းအား ဦး၀င္းတင္က အၾသတသူရဲေကာင္း အျဖစ္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ၿပီး NLD က ဆုခ်ီးျမွင့္ျပ လိုက္ပါတယ္။ NLD ဗမာျပည္ ကြန္ျမဴနစ္ပါတီ ေလာင္းရိပ္ေအာက္က ရုန္းမထြက္ႏိုင္ဘူး ဆိုတာျပတာပဲ။
၁၆-၁၁-၁၉၈၉ ညဖက္ ျမန္မာတီဗီမွာ ျပခဲ့တဲ့ ဗကပ ေပါလစ္ဗ်ဴရို အစည္းအေ၀း အေၾကာင္း ၾကည့္ရဘူးပါတယ္။ တိုင္းသိျပည္သိပါ။ မွတ္မိၾကပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ဗကပယူဂ်ီ တာ၀န္ခံ ဘိုက်င္ေမာင္က "ဘုန္းႀကီးထဲမွာ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို ့ ဘုန္းႀကီးရွိတယ္" လို ့ေျပာခဲ့တယ္။ ဗကပေခါင္းေဆာင္ သခင္ ဗသိန္းတင္က "ေရရွည္စစ္ပဲြ အျမင္မေပ်ာက္ေစနဲ့- ရရာေနရာ၀င္ - ဗကပလမ္းစဥ္အတိုင္း လုပ္မဲ့သူေတြကို ထြက္ခိုင္းထား။" ဆိုတာေတြ တိုင္းသိျပည္သိပါ။ ဗကပမွာ စစ္တပ္ကို ျဖဳတ္ခ်ဖို ့ လက္နက္မရွိ။ ဗကပရဲ ့ လက္နက္ဟာ လူထုကို အသုံးခ်ၿပီး စစ္တပ္ကို ျဖဳတ္ခ်ဖို ့ဘဲ ဆိုတာ ေသေသခ်ာခ်ာ ေလ့လာထားတဲ့သူတိုင္း သိတယ္။ ေက်ာင္းသား၊ လူငယ္ တစ္ဦး ျဖစ္ၿပီး ဗကပကို ယုံလို ့ ေတာခိုသြားတဲ့ လူထုဦးလွ နဲ့ ေဒၚအမာသား ကိုစိုး၀င္း ကို ဗကပကဘဲ ရက္ရက္ စက္စက္ ျပန္သတ္တယ္။ ၈၈၈၈ မွာ မသိနားမလည္တဲ့ ေက်ာင္းသား၊လူငယ္ အမ်ားႀကီး ေထာင္ခ်ီၿပီး နယ္စပ္ေရာက္ေအာင္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးသမား လူႀကီးမ်ားက ေခ်ာက္လွန္ ့ၿပီး တြန္းပို ့ခဲ့ၾကတယ္။ မေသဘဲ က်န္ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရာက္ သြားတဲ့သူ ထဲမွာေရာ ဘယ္ႏွစ္ေယာက္ ထြန္းထြန္းေပါက္ေပါက္ ရွိေနလဲ။ မသိနားမလည္တဲ့ သူေတြ၊ လူငယ္ေတြ အသုံးမခ်ခံရေအာင္ လမ္းမွား မေရာက္ေအာင္ ကာကြယ္ရမွာဘဲ။ သေဘာေပါက္ နားလည္ေအာင္ ရွင္းျပဖို ့ တာ၀န္ရွိတယ္။ ဒါကိုမေကာင္းဘူး လို ့ ေျပာခ်င္ၾကပါသလား သားသမီးခ်င္း ကိုယ္ခ်င္းစာၾကပါ။ ဒါရိုးရိုးသားသား နဲ့ မသိနားမလည္တဲ့ သူေတြ နဲ ့ လူငယ္တိုင္းအေပၚ ထားတဲ့ေစတနာဘဲ။
