ReplyDeletelate GENERAL AUNG SAN and his DAUGHTER kneeling and paying RESPECTS to her FALLEN FATHER and MARTYRS as a DUTIFUL and RESPECTFUL daughter and citizen of Burma as well in the first place.
My respects go to Gen. Aung San for sacrificing all including his life for Burma's independence from the British colonialists.
My respects and admiration on his daughter for DOING the SAME no less as well for Burma's DEMOCRACY, FREEDOM and HUMAN RIGHTS this time from home grown dictators and tyrants.
And my DAILY PRAYERS GO to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi for her SAFETY and SECURITY during her TIME and TRIALS for that matter UNTIL VICTORY DAY.
Her father had to CONTEND with the British and then the FASCISTS (Japanese) and PREVAILED; only to be GUNNED DOWN by a HOME GROWN stooge and traitor on this day 65 years ago.
His daughter is FACING home grown DICTATOR Than Shwe running Burma and employing his self-manufactured Nargis constitution for eternal military rule while BACKED by the Chinese communists in Beijing and a former KGB officer running and ruling RUSSIA after CRAFTING a CONSTITUTION for his perpetual rule today.
And Daw Suu has ONLY HER PEOPLE, 8888 Generation Student LEADERS and of course her COURAGE and CREDIBILITY amongst others to BANK ON in this FIGHT for BURMA'S SECOND INDEPENDENCE lest she forgets.
MAY SHE PREVAIL and LONG LIVE BURMA I PRAY!
