Her FIRST and FOREMOST SALVO in that puppet parliament should be the CALL FOR IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL of ALL Naypyidaw FORCES OUT OF KACHIN and ALL ETHNIC LANDS followed by FREEDOM of PRESS, ASSEMBLY and RALLY in addition to JUDICIAL REFORMS in terms of removing corrupt JUDGES and PERSONNEL and establishing an INDEPENDENT JUDICIARY as well.
Khin Yee and other left overs from the previous regime should be TAKEN OUT and LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES should be REINFORCED, REFORMED and REVAMPED in the lead up to RULE of LAW to TAKE ROOT in the country.
Specifically, IMMIGRATION MINISTRY should be OVERHAULED in the first place for that matter of course.
And most importantly an accurate CENSUS should be taken to WEED OUT ILLEGAL ALIENS specifically, ETHNIC CHINESE holding National Registration Cards.
Failing to do this TODAY as well would be NO BETTER for BURMA than YESTERDAY lest Daw Suu forgets.
